QUOTES
JADE BUFORD, DRIVER OF THE NO. 48 BIG MACHINE VODKA SPIKED COOLERS CAMARO
“It’s going to be great to get back Watkins Glen finally after a year of being away from there in IMSA or any other series. I think we should have a great chance there with our Big Machine Vodka Spiked Coolers Camaro. It’s a track that I’ve had a lot of success at in the past in IMSA and Pirelli World Challenge. So, I’m looking forward to getting back there and just having a solid day all around.”

NOTES
WATKINS GLEN EXPERIENCE: It might be Jade Buford’s first start at Watkins Glen International in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, but the Big Machine Racing driver has built quite the resume competing in IMSA and Pirelli World Challenge on the road course over the past several years. Since making his Watkins Glen debut back in 2009, Buford has earned a pole award in IMSA competition and a win and second-place finish in Pirelli World Challenge events.

NXS ROAD COURSE PERFORMANCE: In four starts on road courses this season, Buford has put together two top-15 finishes, including a best finish of 13th at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Last season during a limited schedule in the NXS, the 33-year-old driver earned an impressive eighth-place finish at the Charlotte Roval.
