QUOTES
JADE BUFORD, DRIVER OF THE NO. 48 BIG MACHINE VODKA SPIKED COOLERS CAMARO
“I’m excited about getting to Road America this weekend. We had a strong run at Pocono. Not everything went our way, but we still came away with our ninth top 20 of the season. I’m hoping we can come away with our first top 10 or even a little better at Road America. Road courses are my specialty and I have a lot of history at this track, so I’m really looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish.”

SCOTT BORCHETTA, TEAM OWNER AND TA2 COMPETITOR
“Road America is one of the best natural terrain road courses in the world and it’s very fast. We’re excited to return as last time out in our SVRA vintage Corvette we swept the Group 6 races. The field is going to be packed with drivers from NASCAR Cup, Xfinity and many road racing ringers so it’s not going to be any walk in the park to pull down a strong finish but, to be the best, you gotta beat the best!”

NOTES
ROAD AMERICA EXPERIENCE: Jade Buford will make his second NASCAR Xfinity Series start at Road America when the field takes the green flag on Saturday. Last season in the Big Machine Hand Sanitizer machine, Buford ran as high as sixth and ultimately finished 19th. Outside of the NXS, the Nashville native has competed at the Wisconsin road course across multiple other divisions, earning a pole position and two podium finishes in Pirelli World Challenge races.

SCOTT BORCHETTA RACING: In addition to Buford competing in Saturday’s NXS event, team owner Scott Borchetta will be racing in the Trans Am TA2 Series feature event at Road America on the same day. The music mogul has been impressive in TA2 competition in 2021, putting together multiple top-10 finishes driving the No. 48 Big Machine Vodka Spiked Coolers Ford Mustang. A full weekend schedule and ways to stream the race can be found at www.gotransam.com.

SPIKED COOLERS: Big Machine Vodka Spiked Coolers are making a splash this summer! The adult vodka juice pouches are made with real fruit juice and are available in three refreshing flavors – Tropical, Lemonade and Cranberry.
