RICHMOND RACEWAY: This Saturday, Jade Buford will make his first career Richmond Raceway start. The rookie driver has made four NASCAR Xfinity Series starts on tracks measuring approximately 1 mile or less this season, earning three top-20 results. His best finish across those tracks came at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, where he finished 18th. 

HONOR A CANCER HERO: Big Machine Racing driver Jade Buford is teaming up with the Martin Truex Jr. Foundation and The NASCAR Foundation to participate in the Honor A Cancer Hero program. Fans will have the opportunity to nominate a cancer hero to “ride” with Buford during the October NASCAR race weekend at Kansas Speedway. Their name will replace Buford’s signature above the door for the NASCAR Xfinity Series race on Saturday, Oct. 23. The auction concludes on Sept. 13.
