SEASON FINALE: Jade Buford wraps up his first full-time season in NASCAR Xfinity Series competition this weekend at Phoenix Raceway. In his first start on the desert track earlier this year, the 33-year-old NXS rookie finished 20th in just his third-ever start on an oval. Buford battled up inside the top 10 and spent 41 total laps of the race in the top 15.

Buford and Big Machine Racing have put together an impressive first season with one top-10 finish and 16 total top-20 efforts. His best performance came at Michigan International Speedway where he drove to a ninth-place result.

Next year, Big Machine Racing will have an enhanced partnership with Richard Childress Racing. RCR will provide the team with chassis and engineering support, along with other key assets.

FAN APPEARANCE: Race fans will have the chance to see Jade Buford prior to Saturday’s race at Phoenix Raceway when he stops by the FanShield Infield Experience stage for a Q&A at 11 a.m. MT. Buford will also stop by the Kids Zone at 12:30 p.m. MT.
